What works for ALL Children in this 5D World

Being an ABA Tutor for Autistic children, I truly learned what not to do and what works for ALL children.

I chose to be of service and specifically work with autistic students to challenge myself, learn, and raise my consciousness. In my heart, I chose not to see students with labels. I did not doubt their abilities and saw them as normal human beings. I chose to treat them all as equals and see them just as Jesus would. To love them unconditionally and not judge them and bring out the best in them by focusing on their positive aspects to cultivate their growth and their Truth.

The problem arose when my supervisors forced me to take data on them during sessions and focus on the things that they weren’t doing correctly. Although they had the best intentions, this did not sit well with my soul. It drained my energy because I am a healer and uplifter to my very core. I felt exasperated because it didn’t seem natural or Zen to me. I started noticing that the more I focused on the data collection that was demanded of me and on the things that the children were doing wrong; the kids would get overwhelmed, distracted, and dysregulated. All these goals, demands, and expectations really wore me out and them. I was not in the zone, and I would lose my train of thought especially when my supervisors would attend our sessions and superimpose their methodologies and critique me and my student. I could sense that my supervisors’ energy was too overbearing and robotic, which in turn caused my spirit and my student’s spirit to wane. It also affected our focus in the present moment and truly affected my free-flowing, peaceful, and nurturing divine feminine energy. The calming atmosphere I created for my students in the clinic was too affected. I realized that expecting children to behave like adults and robots was the root of the problem. We need to let children BE children and allow ourselves to just BE as well. We need to train our minds t o be in the moment, to just observe and connect with everything that is going on in each instance. Less doing and more Being. Parents should learn not to give their power away to others and learn to apply this method when dealing with their children, particularly children with disabilities. Trust and believe that you can help your children. I foresee homeschooling being the way of the future and parents need to be well-equipped for the 5D shift and all the incoming super-conscious babies to best learn how to maximize their full potential. Parents and children need to learn to just Be present in any activity that they’re doing and not focus on any outcome without expectations or judgement. To simply be in complete stillness and presence with your child and observe them as a friend and neutral listener. Focus on the now. The more still, quiet, and present we become; the more our intuition will guide us and communicate with us to bring about the best outcomes and activities for our children through the form of inspiration. When in doubt, always go back to the NOW moment and do not think about events in the past or what you will be cooking tonight. Do not miss those precious moments and stay mindful in the NOW. That is your only point of attraction. How you feel in that exact instance will dictate your life and outcomes. That sweet spot is being in the zone just like athletes; being fully present and utterly immersed in the now. Focus on obtaining a positive emotion in the NOW.

If you are depressed you are living in the past. If you are anxious you are living in the future. If you are at peace you are living in the present – Lao Tzu

I never focused on the negative behaviors of the student and made a conscious choice to turn my attention to what WAS working. I would always tell the parents the good things about their children, not the one tantrum they threw or one negative behavior they showed me. This allowed more relief for all parties and in turn, attracted more good aspects out of the children and parents. The best versions of everyone shined through. In addition, I learned to train my students to recognize and repeat their positive feeling emotions whenever they were displaying them such as – happy, relaxed, sweet, nice, fun, calm, excited — to familiarize them with those emotions as being their normal and regular states of being.

The best thing I heard from a mom was that she loved how nice and sweet her daughter was to her when she saw her (which was not her typical norm in the past with previous tutors) … and how I would create a very calming and inviting ambiance for them whenever they walked into the clinic; that it relaxed her from her own stressful day and made her happy and look forward to coming in.

Trust your child and embody a fearless warrior.

Trust your children to deal with everything that will come their way. Let them live their life. Do not try to control or live their life for them just because they have behavioral or neurological issues. Instill the best values and principles and learn to let go and trust that the Divine will nurture their spirit and guide them. We must learn to not strip their confidence and teach them how to be Sovereign. Pray for them and believe in the best of them. Do not fear the world. Show them how to be fearless in this world. Everything is happening for our highest good and God will always pick them up when they learn to ask for His help.

Do not play a victim and instead repeat this mantra always: ‘Things are always working out for me/them.’

Questions bring us to higher levels of awareness.

Encourage your children to go outside and ask questions about everything and anything. Questions broaden our perspectives, which in turn raises our consciousness. If we teach them how to become aware and observant of their thoughts and beliefs through their questions, they will learn how to change their internal world and make more conscious decisions whilst attracting better situations, events and people to them. Allow them to use their imagination and be open to all possibilities and play with those thoughts. These incoming children of the 5D world are highly creative and need to be encouraged to play with their creativity and imagination. This is where their true genius comes from. Many of them are old souls and need someone to see them as a friend and an equal; not a child that is controlled and told what to do all the time. Do not limit them or restrict them and allow them to figure things out for themselves. Give them the benefit of the doubt and they will respect you for this. They need a lot of freedom and openness to really shine. Try to be present and observe all the old soul nuances and you will find many, as I did with every one of my students. It is beautiful to watch and catch. In addition, allow them to do projects entailing research on the subjects and questions that most interest them. Learn what they are passionate about and brings joy and focus on that. Notice and observe what they’re good at without any judgement; allowing them to guide you to their interests. Based on that, either register them to do personalized classes. That could mean enrolling them in Gymnastics/tumbling, acting, photography, dance, yoga, music, a coding class, robotics class, or a computer course. The more we focus on the things that make their soul shine, the more they will outshine their peers and excel. When we are happy, we do well. Focus on those strengths because it is through these things that even adults find themselves, their calling, and their happiness. The happier one is in the moment and loves what he/she does and is satisfied; the better he/she will attract into their lives.

Movement is key.

Any time a student appears dysregulated or distracted, it is time to move or do a different activity. This could mean going outside for a walk, meditating, playing calming music, doing yoga, watching their favorite thing online, or just dancing to something silly and fun. The goal is to enhance their freedom and joy in the moment, which will allow them to stay centered and focused and come back and excel at what they’re good at. I suggest not doing any activity for more than 1 or 2 hours. Anything over that will be overkill for both parties and will be counterintuitive. The goal is to have students as much as possible; be in a state of wonder, appreciation, and awe, which are high vibrational states of being.

Focus on raising each other’s frequencies.

Create a safe space. Your space should be a serene, calm environment that is fun, happy, inspiring, and uplifting with no pressure and no chaos around.  Treat your space like a Zen sanctuary, haven, and spa that you enjoy being in and look forward to. The more minimal the better. Keep it clean with a lot of inspiring artwork and beautiful items that make you both smile. Remember to simply BE without judgement, fear, expectations, goals or demands and act on whatever comes your way via inspiration, observations and questions. Begin your sessions by playing relaxing nature sounds in the background. Be fully present and use breathwork. Open your heart, mind, body and soul. Offer unconditional love and radiate a high vibration to have them emulate the same in return. Use it as a time to allow the child in you to play as well. The more laughs and ease the better. I highly recommend beginning a session with the lights turned off and meditating to calming music whilst breathing in and out and relaxing for about 15 minutes. A starlight lamp is a big motivator for this. Breathing is vital and incorporating crystals is a great tool as well. Learning about crystals and their healing properties is a wonderful research project to embark on throughout the year as well as learning about the stars. This is the perfect way to start off learning and imbue inspiration to thrive.

Use Aromatherapy:

It would be a good idea to play relaxing music in the background and use aromatherapy of your
favorite scents with oils and diffusers that you pick out together. Scented and seasonal candles work well as well alongside incense. Learn to take in the different smells and talk about how they make you feel. Have them use and become aware of all their holy senses.

Use Music:

It is a good idea to use soothing and healing sounds such as Solfeggio frequencies or Tibetan bowl healing sounds. Research music with the highest frequencies and use that in your sessions, typically instrumental; however, anything that has positive and uplifting lyrics works as well.

Use Nature:

Go outside and use the sun’s rays to raise your vibration. Incorporate more light into your being. Parents can bring their laptops and work outside while their children do projects. Nature is neutral and it is truly grounding. It also balances us and reenergizes us. It is a good idea to breathe in the air outside together and even walk barefoot and enjoy a little play whenever you need a break or a distraction. Pets can serve as therapeutic aids as well and great motivation for students. Enjoy and observe all the animals, plants, and trees that come across your path, and revel in God’s creations. Play with them. Take it all in. Learn to be in a state of appreciation and gratitude. Learn to just be happy for no reason and focus on the positives. If a child turns to something negative or unwanted, switch the topic of conversation and focus on something happy or commit to a random act of kindness for a flower, animal, or person. A gratitude journal would be fun to incorporate while being outside to put you in the right frame of mind and have students see how blessed we truly are by all the beautiful little things we don’t really notice. A fun trip to the lake or ocean would be ideal for a break or a new learning setting.

Use Food:

Food is an energy source and can truly raise our vibration. Using your child’s favorite snacks and drinks are great incentives and ways to incorporate learning whilst keeping it fun. It is no surprise that our favorite chocolate or food makes us happy, so it is important to incorporate treats to establish a happy and conducive learning environment. Cut yourself some slack and literally savor the moment. Do not think about the calories or the sugar intake. Making smoothies, popcorn or baking together and talking about what goes on in the process can trigger/inspire your next research project, science project, gardening/sustainability project or art activity. Do not underestimate the little things and learn to see the value and good (not bad) of all things, especially the small things we take for granted or condemn. Make every moment of your life beautiful, enchanting, playful and magical!

In the case that a student acts out, remember to breathe and not judge yourself, them, or the situation. Step back and let them be with their emotions without telling them anything. Turn the focus to yourself and prepare a fun activity and allow the child to come to you when they are ready. Be patient with yourself and them.

I can do all things in Christ who strengthens me – Philippians 4:13

Best of luck to raising your 5D Warriors & Many blessings,
